Terms of Use

The website and the member app are provided by Secunderabad Club, 220 Picket, Secunderabad, Telangana 500026, India. The members’ area and the member app are developed and operated for the Club by CHS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Clubman).

The members’ area and the member app are for members of Secunderabad Club, and for family members to whom the Club issues their own club card. You sign in with your membership or club card number and your password and, where the Club requires it, a one-time code sent to the mobile number and email address the Club holds for you.

Access is available only while your membership status allows it. The Club may suspend or withdraw access at any time — for example when a membership is suspended, or a login is misused.

• By using Secunderabad Club Website you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and Password.
• Do not share your password or your one-time codes with anyone. Activity carried out under your login is treated as yours.
• Please make sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.
• Tell the Club's office at once if you believe someone else has used your login.

Balances, bills and transactions are read from the Club’s own accounting system, and the Club’s books are the final record. Online payment transaction may take up to 24 -48 Hours to reflect in Secunderabad Club system. Any discrepancy should be reported to Accounts department during business working hours.

• Room bookings, banquet hall holds, event tickets, replies to event invitations and other requests made online are subject to availability, to the Club's rules, and to the rates, cancellation terms and dates shown when you make them.
• A banquet hall held online is provisional until you confirm the booking with the Club by the date shown.
• A room you book for a guest is your booking: the Club's rules for members' guests apply.
• Requests to change your contact details, address or photo take effect once the Club has processed them.

Online payment is intended for Members use only, and is governed by the Online Payment and Refund Policy sections of the Club Policies. Any charge made by the payment gateway or your bank is shown on the payment page before you pay.

• Use the services only for your own dealings with the Club.
• Information published for members — notices, newsletters, committee and club information — is for members' own use, and must not be copied, published or passed on outside the Club.
• Do not try to see another member's information, to get round the sign-in, or to interfere with the services in any way.
• Keep feedback and messages to the Club courteous.

The Club’s name, crest, photographs and published content belong to Secunderabad Club. The website and app software belong to CHS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are licensed to the Club. None of it may be copied or reused without permission.

The services are provided as they are, and may at times be unavailable — for maintenance, or for reasons outside the Club’s control. Secunderabad Club will not be responsible if online transaction fails due to network /internet issue. To the extent the law allows, the Club is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Some services open pages run by others — the payment gateway’s payment page, and Google Street View on the Virtual Tour. Those pages are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Club may change these terms. The updated version is always published on this page with a new date, and using the services after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
