Every time one walks into the Main Club dining hall, we are struck by the seamless manner in which the renovation and refurbishing were done keeping in mind our vintage. The overall décor and design concept are highlighted by the furniture, an old piano and a delightful Wall Clock.
This Pendulum clock was made in the year 1892, by a company called Weber&Schneck. Here comes the surprise – it says Secunderabad !! One never knew that the clocks were made here. Was it the name of the dealer? Maybe! This watch needs to be wound once every week. The Pendulum is made of lightweight balsa wood. This looks like a later-day addition. Otherwise, it is in its original shape and condition.
