Each Room at our Club has been designed in such a way that it gives a feel of both “Heritage and Modern Look”. All the Rooms are air conditioned and come with a contemporary ambience complete with modern amenities and fixtures.

Our motto is to ensure that the members/guests who stay with us in our guest rooms have a peaceful and safe stay. We keep our members/guests safety as our priority and we have covered all our areas under CCTV surveillance.

Booking Period: –

Room booking can be done and accepted up to 180 days in advance from arrival date.

Booking Policy: –

One member can book only up to five (05) rooms.

Terms & Conditions: –

• Check in time    : – 02:00 PM
• Check out time : – 12:00 noon 

Early Check in :- Will be subject to availability and charges will be applicable as below.

• Check in upto 1hr from check in time (ie. 1:00 PM  – No charges)
• Check in between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM will be charged 50% of tariff
• Check in before 8:00 AM will be charged 100% tariff.

Late Check out:- Will be subject to availability and charges will be applicable as below.

• Check out upto 1hr from check out time (ie. till 1:00 PM – No charges)
• Check out between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of tariff
• Check out post 6:00 PM will be charged 100% tariff

Cancellation Policy

180 days – 31 days :- 15% 

30 days   – 72 hrs :- 25%

71 hrs – 24 hrs :- 50%

24hrs to check in time :- 100%

Payment Terms

1. 1. Members/Member’s guests, can pay through their Account or Debit/Credit/ through UPI payment option available at Transit Reception.
   2. Advance required where ever necessary.
