ACCOMMODATION

We understand your needs and are delighted to serve you at all times. Secunderabad Club features 35 Guest Rooms for an overnight stay. Each Room at our Club has been designed in such a way that it gives a feel of both “Heritage and Modern Look”. All the Rooms are air conditioned and come with a contemporary ambience complete with modern amenities and fixtures.
Our motto is to ensure that the members/guests who stay with us in our guest rooms have a peaceful and safe stay. We keep our members/guests safety as our priority and we have covered all our areas under CCTV surveillance.
In-room Facilities: – All our rooms come with the following facilities

  • High speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity
  • Daily News Paper
  • Weighing scale on request
  • Iron & Iron board on request

Booking Period: –

Room accommodation can be booked six months in advance. The six month advance period for room booking will open on 1st of every month for the complete month.
Example:- If a member wants to book accommodation for any day in December, booking can be taken from 1st June onwards.

Booking Policy: –

One member can book only up to five (05) rooms.

Terms & Conditions: –

  • Check in time : – 02:00 PM
  • Check out time : – 12:00 noon

Early Check in :- Will be subject to availability and charges will be applicable as below.

  • Check in upto 1hr from check in time (ie. 1:00 PM – No charges)
  • Check in between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM will be charged 50% of tariff
  • Check in before 8:00 AM will be charged 100% tariff.

Late Check out:- Will be subject to availability and charges will be applicable as below.

  • Check out upto 1hr from check out time (ie. till 1:00 PM – No charges)
  • Check out between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of tariff
  • Check out post 6:00 PM will be charged 100% tariff

Cancellation Policy

180 days – 31 days :- 15%

30 days – 72 hrs :- 25%

71 hrs – 24 hrs :- 50%

24hrs to check in time :- 100%

Payment Terms

Members/Member’s guests, can pay through their Account or Debit/Credit/ through UPI payment option available at Transit Reception.

Advance required where ever necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Residential Rooms are available on rent only to Members of the Club, their guests and Affiliated Club Members.

    Victoria Suites

    The Victoria Suites give a feel of old heritage charm with ample space in the Bedroom and comes with a separate Dining room and western style washroom with a bathtub.

    Tudor-2 Rooms

    The Tudor-2 Rooms are eight in number with double rooms with king size beds and a sit out balcony.

    The Tudor Suites consist of two Premium Suites which have a sit out area, a separate living room with Bed room and attached wash room.

    The Tudor-1 rooms are six in number with four Deluxe rooms where twin beds are given for double occupancy and two single rooms with only a single bed for single occupancy.

    ELIZABETH SUITES

    We have three Elizabeth Suites that give a feel of old Heritage Charm and are spacious with wooden flooring. These rooms also have a sit out area.

    WINDSOR COTTAGES

    The Windsor Cottages consists of total 12 rooms & have a great ambience. All the rooms come with a balcony and multiple options of Beds (King & Twin), and are designed with modern furniture.

    The Transit rooms have a Transit Quarters Reception where members and guests can complete the check-in and check-out formalities.
