The AC Banquet Hall is located near the East Lawn and can accommodate about 150 pax.
EAST LAWN
The East Lawn is also located near the AC Banquet Hall and can accommodate about 100 pax.
COMMITTEE CHAMBERS
The Committee Chambers is a small hall located next to the main dining hall and can accommodate about 40 guests.
KAKATIYA LAWN
The Kakatiya Lawn is located near the Samantik Hall and can accommodate about 100 pax.
SAMANTIK HALL
The Samantik Hall is a huge open hall that can accommodate about 200 pax.
1878 Terrace
The 1878 Terrace may be used for parties by our members and can accommodate about 100 pax

- • The Club Administration has the right to reserve any of the facilities to host any Club function.
- • GST will be levied on all food and beverage items as per government rules.
- • Charges will be for booked number of persons even if lesser number of people have attended the party.
- • 100% advance is to be paid 48 hrs prior to the party. Menu and number of pax to be finalized, at least 48 hrs in advance, no changes will be entertained.
- • Decoration and lighting, if on the higher side, consuming more power than normal consumption, a separate generator will be arranged for all the extra lighting by the vendor at member’s cost.

Rules for 1878 & Music
- Club will provide Music up to 11:30 pm (Decibel level to be set by Asst. Secretary (F&B) or Steward on duty)
- Children below 16 yrs are not permitted
- Bar will be closed at 11:00 pm
- No Decoration of any kind can be suspended from or taken support from the structure
- Members are not permitted to print the club name in their invitations.
- Note: Members will be charged 50% extra over the tariff of banquet parties if the number of guests exceeds 10% of the minimum guests.
