It’s simply amazing how everyday objects we see and use have age and history.

There is a large flower pot at the entrance to the Cinema Lawn. It is made of lime and mortar and white with pits on its surface, where we can still see intricate work done on it.

This pot is more than 100 years old and was at one time used as a bird bath! Then it became a vessel for tiny lotus plants and it still stands thus.
