This issue brings to an end the 24-month cataloging of some of our artifacts and vintage structures. We bring to you three Fire Proof “Iron Safes”. Two are from our Club Finance and Purchase Departments and one was gifted by a senior Member.

These “Safes” are at least an inch thick and they open with a set of two keys. It is an engineering marvel as these are all fireproof i.e., no oxygen enters the safe to fan the flames. These Safes will now move into the “Victoria Suites” to be used as a novel table with a glass top.
